7. Reference check
Reference check is a process of getting information about a person
from his previous employers, his schools, college and other
available sources. Through reference checks, the company confirms
the information given by the individual during the job application,
and the companies verifies information like education, work
experience, family back ground, personal identification etc. This is
usually done by the employer before hiring a job applicant.

They verify the truthfulness of the information provided by the
applicant.
They check if the applicant has any criminal background or history.
They check if the applicant has the right skill set for the job.
They can help identify patterns of behavior of the applicant during

In a group discussion a topic will be given to the candidates .the candidates may be range from 5to7or 7to12 based on their strength and they share their ideas views and opinions based on the topic with a face to face interaction. Thae main purpose of conducting a group discussion is to test the candidate skills like communication skil , leadership skill , team work , listening ability confidence body language and problem solving skills etc., of the applicants.
