Natural gas
 8 year experience strategic economic consultant for the Natural Gas Authority on
the subject of Israel's natural gas industry, including natural gas economic projects
management.
 The work included working with different factors in the Israeli Natural Gas sector,
Energy Ministry and Natural Gas Authority in particular including familiarity with
the work of the Natural Gas Authority.
 Natural gas distribution tenders - economic modeling for construction and operation
of natural gas distribution networks in Israel. The tenders preparations included
escorting five distribution tenders (Southern, Negev, Hedera and the valleys, Haifa

 Establishing a venture for plants conversion to natural gas - an economic,

consulting with an international firm (KEMA) regarding natural gas storage
regulation, taxation aspects, export opportunities, Notify Body and more.
 Taking part in an interoffice project between the Ministry of Energy and Water
Resources and the Ministry of economy regarding the regulation of certifications to
those dealing with natural gas.
 Promoting an interoffice project between the Ministry of Energy and Water

establish collages for natural gas engineers.
 The Jerusalem Development Authority- extensive economic examination regarding
the economic efficiency of connecting Jerusalem to the natural gas network in

 Escorting the Israeli Airport Authority in the establishment of the Timna airport in

 Escorting NTA's projects - Red line tenders estimations, economic consultant to the
Ministry of Transport in linking, planning tenders and execution.

 Prime Minister's Office - Dinur Commission for Public Broadcasting in Israel in
order to conduct efficiency in IBA.
 Escorting Ministry of Economy's committee for foreign workers in order examine
the transition from franchises to foreign workers licenses in Israel.
 Escorting the Ministry of Religious Services in economic examinations in order to
reduce religious councils: from 138 councils to 28 clusters.
 Escorting the Government Companies Authority (GCA) in IMI privatization and
other companies - LORM, SHEKEM and Industrial Development Bank.
