About Ruchi
I bring in 14 years of litigation and LPO experience, out of which 7 years
were spent in delivering LPO projects. I am well conversant with laws
and legal procedures pertaining to US and Australia.
During my LPO career, I have had extensive hands on experience in
performing legal and paralegal tasks, drafting contracts, performing legal
research.
Over last 7 years in LPO industry, I have drafted a wide range of
contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policies. My niche is contract
drafting, legal and paralegal tasks related to US and UK law.
As a High Court lawyer, I represented the clients in various
Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Family disputes,& arbitration matters. I
was also empanelled on the board of two prestigious government
organizations

Projects Delivered
• Implemented a document management system for a firm based out of
PA. Delivering over 500 reports per month since July,2011 . Contract
renewed twice by the client.
• Provided complete back end assistance for legal and paralegal tasks
for Personal Injury firm based in TN for 8 months, delivering over 500
documents which included Complaints, Discovery and responses to
the same, Legal research using Westlaw and Lexis Nexus, Needles
Intake, Case mapping, Demand Letters, Deposition Summary and
