RETAINED SEARCH/ EXCLUSIVE MANDATE
The retained search lets you work closely with me in tailoring a custom search to accommodate the
specific recruitment needs you may have. It allows me to dedicate maximum resources to a project
including additional consultants, head hunting services, market research and other functions we
have in our Shared Services Centre. The quality of the search and flexibility I can offer here is at its
highest so you as the client have maximum control. Requests on this search platform can include
anything from additional qualification checks to running assessment days on your behalf. On this
search our internal quality assurance team can give you daily updates on the work that has been
done and you can have hard facts and figures to show where your money is being spent.
I recommend this service for important & sensitive positions, difficult to fill roles and old searches
which have failed.
For a retained search we charge an upfront fee to secure our services on the position. We charge
1/3 (of the total fee) for the initial brief, 1/3 for the selection of candidates from the shortlist and 1/3
for the placement of the candidate.

CONTINGENCY SEARCH
This is an excellent way to test our services without having to pay an upfront fee (success based) and
can allow you to compare us to our competitors. So we can either work the role exclusively or
alongside other recruiters however we are able to put significant resources into a contingency role.
We aim to build long term relationships with clients to ensure we understand your needs so we can
successfully work together.
For a contingency search I will work a position at no fee until we find a candidate who is successful in
filling the position.
FULL SERVICE PROVISION
Due to the resources we have at NonStop we also offer full scale internal recruitment services. We will
manage all recruitment that is covered in the service agreement. This means that we will take over a
number of processes internally allowing HR partners and Line managers to spend less time on
recruitment. This full outsourcing model will mean you have professional recruiters managing
processes to ensure you get the best staff, without the hassle of numerous agencies and all at a
reduced cost.
