Please review your USSA card carefully to ensure your membership information is correct for the 2016-17 competition season. Contact Member
Services on 435.647.2666 or by e-mail at membership@ussa.org immediately with any changes or questions.
Sport: You must be registered for the sport or sports in which you will participate.
Date of birth: Please verify that your date of birth is correct. This information is necessary for assigning the correct age class for athletes,
maintaining member history, certifications and rankings. It is also used for identification purposes.
Gender: Please ensure that your gender is also correct. As an athlete, an incorrect gender may cause you to appear on the wrong ranking list.
Coach and officials certifications: If you are a coach and/or official with certifications, your certifications will appear on the lower right hand panel
of your membership card. For questions on your coach’s certifications, please contact the Education Department at 435.647.2050 or
education@ussa.org. For alpine officials certification questions, please contact the key alpine official volunteer in your state or division.
Club affiliation: If your club is not printed on your card and you provided that information on your renewal, you either used an abbreviation we did
not recognize or your club is not a registered USSA club. Please contact Member Services by phone or email to correct your club affiliation.
Bonus Pack: It's not too late to order your 2017 USSA Bonus Pack which includes a sport specific t-shirt, official U.S. Ski Team pin and decal for
just $25 (shipping included). The U.S. Ski Team packs include a decal strip and a 2017 collectors pin. The U.S. Snowboarding pack includes a decal
