Senior Developer, Enterprise Software First Tech Federal Credit Union, Rocklin August 2015 – Present
Currently leading mobile development team building new cross platform (Android/iOS) mobile online banking
application using React Native, VS Code, Git, TeamCity with Hockey App for automated deployments.
Led the effort to stand up a new GitHub Enterprise server for the entire organization and external vendors
Led the effort to stand up a new TeamCity Enterprise server for the entire organization.
Developed new API to provide a new vendor (shift.com) access to our loan origination system.
Created Authentication class library to handle authentication between Shift API and consumers using
ED25519 for signature verification.

2. Designed and coded a new WCF service middle layer to provide core access online banking vendor.
Solution includes a repository project for DAL, domain model project, service library project, automated unit
test project, and a Windows XML installer project (using Wix#) to build an MSI package for installing the
service as per support requirements.
Worked with Alkami on SSO specifications to provide them access to check imaging, electronic statements,
and investment account access to our members.
Coded various bug fixes and security enhancements to legacy software, middleware, and services. Worked
to eliminate OLB security vulnerabilities. Provided analysis, LOE estimates, and implemented security fixes.
Introduced Continuous Integration (Team City) to our team and implemented it for existing projects as well
as all new software projects.
Managed ADFS SAML project to success in order to provide WIF authentication to DI online banking project.

Developed software to generate conversion files to meet provided JSON specification for online banking

Lead Developer, TekSystems for Sterling InfoSystems, Rocklin CA December 2012 – September 2012
Completed 6 month contract as the Lead developer on the Verifications Automation (VAutomation) project
to automate the fulfillment of Personal, Professional, Employment, and Educational references for applicants
who have applied for employment with Sterling InfoSystems clients.
Reviewed functional design documents, participated in architecture design with the lead architect, provided
architecture design documents and estimates for work for all phases of the project.
Designed and implemented the data model for Verifications Automation project, designed, coded, and
implemented a WCF service layer to support the company goal of moving to an all SOA model. The WCF
layer utilized the Entity framework, LINQ 2 Entities using SSL and custom authorization to secure the service
layer. Coded the Interfaces, Data Contracts, and Fault Contracts while integrating the new services and data
model with the existing core application. Wrote MS Test unit tests to test each of the WCF services.
Designed and implemented the public facing MVC3 website. Implemented a repository pattern to act as the
DAL between the WCF services and the Domain Models. Designed and coded the domain models,
implemented a custom Membership provider to authenticate users against a store of user invitation tokens.
Implemented a spell check and profanity flag requirements using external REST services, JavaScript, and
3. jQuery. Secured the site using industry best practices and passed the information security testing with a high
security rating. The site was testing using the automated security testing tool "Acunetix Web Security
Scanner".
Integrated the collection of the automated verification data with the existing core system, made required
modifications to existing legacy (web forms) applications, and performed minor changes to core WinForms
application. Also oversaw two developers in Mumbai in the development of new functionality to the core
WinForms application, lead code reviews and scheduled code reviews of my own work with senior
developers.
Worked with the business, SME's, project managers, stakeholders, and vice president to deliver phase one
and met the deadlines set even while under severe resource constraints. Created design documentation, as
well as deploy documents for the IT Operations team.
Application Developer, SGS Testcom North America February 2008 – December 2011
Participated in the design, documentation, and development of the CAP.NET application for the California
Department of Consumer Affairs California Assistance Program (CAP). CAP.NET replaced an older legacy
ASP application used to process consumer applications for Repair Assistance and Vehicle Retirement
programs run by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. CAP.NET was developed using C#, the .NET
3.5 Framework, IIS6, Oracle 11g, PL-SQL, using CSLA for the business object layer, and ASP.NET using
Telerik suite and jQuery for the front-end UI.
Designed and implemented the security model for CAP.NET. As part of this model I designed and
implemented a custom membership provider class using C#.net, Oracle 11g, LDAP as well as custom
principal and identity classes to integrate existing LDAP user database for authentication and authorization.
Participated in all phases of the development of the CAP.NET application including JAD, Design, Screen
mock-ups, iterative development process, online code-reviews, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and
bug-fix process. Also played a significant role in partially automating the release process using
CruiseControl.net and NAnt as part of our team’s continuous integration process.
Set up and configured the source control servers using Visual SVN server, installed and configured all the
Build, Integration, System Test, UAT, Conversion, Production, and Fail-over environments using MS Server
2003 and separate Web and Application servers using .NET remoting.
Participated in troubleshooting of data conversion from the existing legacy system, worked with the DBA and
business team to identify and resolve issues related to data conversion.
Saw the project from design to go-live, and later post go-live conversion of legacy data, then maintenance
and support.

Coded feature enhancements for enterprise incident/problem management system using ASP/SQL.
Developed a robust ASP.NET web communications and content management portal for the global service
desk. This system is being used by the service desk employees worldwide in day to day operations.
Developed ASP.NET intranet directory that was used as an information repository for thousands of intranet
sites.
Developed an employee recognition tool for the global service desk organization using ASP.Net/SQL.
Stepped in as the lead developer and completed the tool to meet the requirements within a two week
deadline.
Led a project team of analysts and developers to develop a web engagement portal for IT. Met with
customers, gathered requirements, designed, developed and successfully implemented the portal.
