Re: Romana Sustar Character Reference
I can confirm that Romana Sustar has volunteered at Love to Learn for over a year. She has worked as a
Learning Mentor with three children aged between five and nine. She has been very reliable and her
communication with the office has been excellent. She is able to plan and deliver her work independently.
The children really enjoyed the time they spent working with Romana and made good progress.
In addition Romana has run a creative writing workshop at our homework club, for children aged nine and
ten. The work the children did was entered for a competition with the Polka Theatre and has been
shortlisted. I am very impressed with the way Romana proposed, planned and carried through this
workshop. She is obviously very motivated and able to deliver on her ideas.
I am able to recommend Romana Sustar highly for any role working with young people. Please do not
