My internship was done at Clings-Tech Company for a period of one
month.
During this internship we where assign a problem, which was to
develop an employee management system so as to manage the
organization.

E. and Miss Ringnyu Clarise D. CLINGS-TECH was firstly located in
Chief – Street Bomaka and Molyko Buea and thrived in Buea for 6 six
years (2014 – 2020).

● This project aims to simplify the task of maintaining records of the employees of
the company
● To develop a well-designed database to store employee information
● Provides full functional reports to management of Company
● The objective of this project is to provide a compressive approach towards
management of employee information
10. EXISTING SYSTEM
● The records are maintained in registers
● Time consumption process
● Complicated searching, editing and updating.
11. PROPOSED SYSTEM
● Helps in maintaining the computerized employee details.
● Calculate the salary
● Easy calculation of various leaves in categories
● Create new users to the system accordingly
13. METHODOLOGY
The Agile Model is a combination of iterative and incremental process models with
focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working
software product. Agile Methods break the product into small incremental builds.
These builds are provided in iterations. Each iteration typically lasts from one to
three weeks. Every iteration involves cross function teams working simultaneously
on various areas.
20. ADVANTAGES
● Provide computerized system for maintaining records
● More efficient and reliable.
● Less time consumption ad easy to use
● Huge data storage with less computer memory
● Avoid Human errors and efforts for maintaining daily data
● Avoid data manipulations
22. LIMITATIONS
Due to the constraint of resources and time, the size of the project
could not be increased.
Due to the small scope the project may not represent the whole
spectrum of the human resource management.
23. CONCLUSION
The software “Employee Management System” has been
developed in windows environment using HTML+CSS+JS as front
end and PHP as back end. Time consumptions reduced to a great
extent and user as less complexity in handling it database.
The project is fully fledged and user friendly, End users will be
lightened in using it software because it is easy to have many
employees related utilities and mostly all contents to be entered
are to selected from combo box and text fields. It reduces the
calculating efforts to be carried out by the user.
