speaker by virtue of birth. Driven
by passion to see people realise

his motivational instincts, he also
posesses natural leadership
skills and has served a lot of

9. 1.The power to
change your destiny
Many people have a tendancy of
believing in predestinies. God
always has plans for us , plans to
prosper us and not to harm us
meaning there is no one God
installed a destiny of failure, jail,
humiliation, poverty etc.
What we do is we deviate from
the initial plans the Lord has for
us by changing of characters in
life.
Characters are like remote
controls to control what awaits us
in future therefore we should
10. take a remote control that suits
what God has planned for us in
the future. Just as we us a phillips
remote control for a phillips
gadget we should also align our
today characters for doctorates of
tommorow.
You are who you are today
because of the choices you made
in the past so for what you are to
become in the future, the choices
should be made today. That is
one of the good thing about life,
you can never change the past
but you can always change the
future.
For one to realise what God has
11. initially planned for them, they
should make sure they align their
destinies with suitable characters
and get rid of the ignorance
mentality of saying, " ...if God
said you will die in jail then let it
be, you will never escape from
that bondage..." , this is total
madness since God himself
assured us that He knows the
plans of prosperity for us and not
harmfull ones therefore just like
if one books a flight ticket to Los
Angeles from Washington or to
Victoria Falls from Harare and
you do not fulfil the scheduled
journey, that doesnt make the
airbus reschedule because you
12. are`nt on board neither does it
change route nor get you
arrested.
Your destiny now becomes a
matter of choice, if God has
booked a ticket for you to become
an engineer and you pick up a
remote controller charater for an
airtime vendor then He neither
Has the power to punish you for
that since He also has given you
the power of choices.
It is therefore up to oneself to
focus on the destiny that the Lord
has for them by staying
dedicated, devouted and
enshrined to their destinies as
13. designed by the Lord. You should
not let the world enter you nor let
your character ruin your destiny.
Be of good character which suits
your destiny. If a child's destiny is
to become a lawyer and he
develops a character of pilferage
of sugar and butter at home then
gradually the character matures
into armed robbery and the
destiny of the child is ruined
because of the wrong choices he
made.
The Bible in Proverbs instructs us
that if we were to choose
between good reputation and
great wealthy then we would
have to choose good reputation
14. and a good reputation is
calminated from good character
eventually leading to respectable
destinies.
In whatever choices you make
today know you are placing a
brick on the house of tomorrow
so be careful of what your
choices of today are.
15. 2.Surround yourself
with people on the same
mission as yours
There is no single day i ever
watched dogs playing with
hyenas neither have i ever seen
horses trotting with donkeys
although they might look alike, so
it doesnt matter if you are of the
same age or same race
whatsoever, the truth is if you
want to have a better future then
walk in the paths of people who
have the same values, principles
and ideologies as yours for
foolish companions have corrupt
16. minds that will eventually
distract you from your focus.
After all, birds of the same
feathers flock together and a man
is known by the company he
keeps.
Its not only a matter of being
around people on the same boat
as yours but you also have to
make sure you do not corrupt the
minds of your company nor get
your mind corrupted because
there might be some wolves
hidding in sheep's skin with
ambitions of causing calamity to
your destiny. It also takes the
courage and humility of
intellectuals to swallow up their
17. pride and have the bravado to
absorb productive success
ideologies of their companions
and pimp them to make a great
deal out of them and change
destinies. So make sure you
humble yourself and learn from
the good things from the people
you are surrounded with.
Always make an evaluation of
progress made from the company
you keep yourself absorbed in,
check if there is any wisdom you
have received from your
companions at regular intervals
or is it the exact opposite that you
have gained from them. -HE

Always ask yourself based on the
results of your evaluations if you
are in the right company because
if the blind lead the blind, both
shall fall into a ditch so there is
need for oneself to the honesty to
himself first and get rid of the
mentality of fooling yourself in
an endevour to make your
companions happy at the expense
of your integrity of your future.
Learn to always stand for what
you believe is right basing on
conscience judgements. If your
19. companions are corrupt then
leave them for the better rather
than pretend like they are doing
good just for the sake of
preserving their dignity in
foolishness.
Respect is something which is
earned and one has to show the
degree of their dignity and
integrity by preserving truth and
observing right companionship
from wrong. Do not be tempted to
entertain the company you keep
at the expense of your dignity.

Know when to do what.
One of the most important things
in life is time, some say its money,
some say its precious but i say its
fragile and definately needs
careful handling.
Time lost is never
recovered and that is a
fact. One important thing
to note in life is that the

great persons in life

22. Fear and doubt are the
most common possible
causes of procrastination,
therefore one should build
confidence in themselves
and get rid of their fright
in order to tackle head on
with transforming their
destinies at lightining
speed. Listen to the faint
voice from within oneself
and believe in yourself.
Develop an intepreneurial mind
and try to identify where you can
unlock value . By doing this, you
will have to be faithful to yourself
and do not temper around the
time you have for if you wait for
23. more time to dream, you will
wake up on your death bed to
discover that more is never
enough. You have to bear in mind
that Rome was not built in one
day so as soon as you overcome
procrastination and start your
your endevour mission, know
always that patience is a plaster
to all sores and slow and steady
wins the race.
In every life situation you find
yourself in, never put off till
tomorrow what you can do today
for procrastination is an armed
robber of time and its fortunes.
Always make sure you act
accordingly with any situation at
24. hand at any given point in time.
If you think of an investment to
make, think of how many people
the world has, more than seven
billion. Now of those seven
billion, by coincidence how many
are thinking of starting the same
investiment as yours? As many as
you can never imagine in your
wildest dreams, is the answer to
that question. Lets take it back to
the old high school days, there
are moments that the teacher
would ask a question and you
would remain queit because you
would be lacking confidence in
your answer and hesitating to
raise up your hand and say out
25. your answer but remember how
annoyed and bored you would
become after hearing the same
answer as you would be thinking
shouted out by a fellow classmate
and the teacher showering
praises at them. Would it still be
valid to repeat the same answer?
No. Those are the consequences
of procrastination and low self
esteem. You have to not waste
anymore second hesitating to
venture into anything as long as
you have all the necessities of the
project unless you want to regret
it when others have already gone
before you with the same idea as
yours.

Pride= Wisdom and
Foolishness
By pride comes only
contention but with well
advised is wisdom. -proverbs

Pride goes before a fall and
whoever has pride will be setting
a trap for themselves for they will
plunge into their pride. Life
should be adorned with humility
to earn wisdom - and pride will
only earn foolishness to oneself.
27. If you fail to swallow up your
pride then your pride will
swallow you up. It is the degree
of one`s humility that earns them
wisdom and respect in society
and the exact opposite is true
about pride and foolishness. One
might therefore ask how you can
see if you arent swimming in
pride. The answer is so simple,
Christ was the most humble
person to ever descend on earth,
having had to reduce himself to
our own levels of understanding
by transforming Himself into
flesh for our own good. Above all
he gave us permission in the
gospel to imitate Him through His
28. apostle Paul - Imitate me, just as i
also imitate Christ (1 Corinthians
11 vs 1) therefore if we imitate
the wisdom and ways of Christ
then all our heart's desires will
come into fruitation.
Pride may show itself through
one's words. Be careful not to
potray pride in your talking by
being selfish with words. Fools
talk because they have to say
something whereas wise men talk
because they have something to
say so make sure that whenever
you utter a word, it is of
relevance rather than talking
plenty of nothing.

and act more for plenty of talking
may bring words of destruction.
Remember also that everyone in
life has a certain advantage in
our existance so you should
unmask the conceded benefits in
people around us. It is because
many people do not want to
accept they do not know
everything that the people
around them end up shying away
30. from helping them with things
they do not have much or any
knowledge of. You should value
the fact that we people are one
body and each person has a
unique job they can do better that
anyone else. The reason why
other people's lives are a park of
failures is because of pride. They
are not willing to accept that they
cannot do everything perfectly
well on their own and someone
can do it better than them. Learn
to listen to others as they speak
and even if you have little
knowledge on subjects under
discussion do not run into trying
to show people that you know
31. very much because by doing so
people will leave you to do it for
yourself even when you know
nothing about certain problems
you might face in the future.
Never judge a book by the cover
age, sex, intelligence, religion,
race or tribe never measures
one's knowledge and wisdom so
always be ready to learn from
anyone. Even if you know 99%,
you can still be taught by a
person who know 1% for you
never know maybe the 1%
missing from you is what they are
experts at. If you are too proud to
say you wont get anything from
them then you will die stuck on

improvement but pride robbed
you of that room. And who knows
maybe the missing 1% would be
the pivot of your greatness. So
many peole die because of pride
and so many businesses liquidate
because of pride and selfishness,
having a full of I know mentality.
From today, look back and see
some of the failures in your life,
you will discover not all of them
were inevitable but there were
some which you could easily
avoid by seeking solutions from
people who knew better than you
but you undermined them
because of the difference in race,
33. social status, age, religion etc
between the two of you and it
ended up compromising your
future by failing because of pride.
Now learn to accept that you do
not know everything and you will
need other people's help in
certain areas.

persevearance

Diligence is the mother of good
fortune and no one can ever
doubt that since its evedent
from all success stories we ever
read, that truely hard work
pays. He that will eat the fruit
must climb the tree so there is
no success which comes on a
silver plate. It is therefore
35. advisable that for every
endevour one has to make in
life, they should place extra
effort in doing so in order to
achieve great results.
If you cannot have the best,
then make the best of what you
have at present inoder to grow.
Gather information of people
who went before you i.e
heroes, heroins, think tanks,
renowned intellectuals etc and
study their autobiographs to
figure out how they made it to
the top. Tell yourself everyday
that you are great since you are
36. fearfully and wonderfully
made in God's image. Believe in
the truth and learn to be
realistic in setting the goals of
what you want to achieve in
life. Base your life on the
theory of possibilities and work
diligently towards attaining
that you know you can achieve.
He that talks much errs much
so avoid talking much and
work more on implementation
of new ideas in life. Remember
that a man of words and not of
deeds is like a garden full of
weeds so you need not to make
37. people see what you can do
rather than hear what you can
do. I have paid attention to the
African minds and have had a
terrible but truthfull
conclusion that the majority of
Africans are good at
theoretically solving situations
but less than five percent
efficient when it come to
turning those theories into
practicalities. We may deny it
but its not far from the truth
and truth is stranger than
fiction so it may sound weird.
You will need work hard to
realise what you want to
38. achieve and by so doing you
will be realigning your destiny
to what God has instore for you
provided you are walking
righteously in his accord.
Do not give up so easily after
you have started anything, a
journey of a thousand miles
begins with a single step. Rome
was not built in a single day
neither will success come in a
day. If you desire to have
riches overnight then
remember that any fruit that
ripes soon will soon rotten.
Even Jesus Himself did not
39. start perfoming miracles when
He was a day old neither have i
ever heard of a seed which
germinates and bears fruit in a
day so there is always time to
saw and time to reap. Patience
always pays.
People are there to criticise you
but never let their critics prove
a barrier to your endevours,
silence is the best wisdom just
keep quite and continue with
your mission.
Storms do come but they only
carry the ability to uproot trees
but can never move mountains
40. so no matter what kind of
obstacles you encounter do not
make your efforts resemble
trees but let them give a
stricking resemblance of
mountains which can never be
moved by those little storms.
Seek for advise from other
people you trust on how to
tackle certain life situations be
it in business, social, spiritual
etc. Tell them your opinions
and listen to their advices since
ideas grow better when
transplanted more than they
do in the minds they sprung up

their fair so its wise to have the
audacity of a terrier to soildier
on until you get what you
desire and be able to become
the changer of your destiny.
43. 6.Focus and Become A
Pioneer : Getting rid of
fright
One thing that sounds so
humourous to me is the fact
that in the land of the blind,
one eyed man is king. It is only
the little things that amuse
little minds so people have a
tendancy of being so content
with what they have and get
satisfied with whatever is
available and that is the biggest
enemy of destiny realignment.
The moment you get satisfied
44. with what you have, you have
automatically closed room for
attaining an innovative and
developmental sense.
Develop a burning desire of
wanting people to remember
your wonderful works long
after you have kissed mother
earth goodbye. Nurture a
mentality of wanting to
engrave your name for eternity
on this earth. Have a burning
desire of leaving an empire for
generations after you- A GOOD
MAN LEAVES INHERITANCE
TO HIS CHILDREN'S
45. CHILDREN, BUT THE WEALTH

Whenever you need anything
to be well done, then do it
yourself have self confidence in
yourself and believe in God for
strength and bravado to
become a pioneer. Have you
ever asked yourself what
difference exists between
yourself and Bill Gates? He
invented Microsoft so why cant
you invend something and
become a pioneer in your own
46. line of business. It is only the
first step which costs therefore
one has to be dedicated and
devouted to their endevours so
as to make a name for
themselves.
In every beginning, think of the
end and try to make a
difference so as to have a
gravity of uniqueness. Make
sure a plan of where you are
headed and make some
periodical evaluations on
progress made in as far as
implemantation of your ideas
practically are concerned.
47. Always remember that by
failing to plan, you are
planning to fail in an
automated way. There is
always a beginning for
everything so you must get rid
of the fright mentality of
hesitating to become a first in
something. Aspire to get
acknowledgement for
pioneering big projects that
make a difference in life and
thats the key to greatness.
It is however useless to take
unnecessary risks for
discretion is the better part of
48. valour so if you do not have
enough resources or
knowledge on something then
do not risk your capital or time
on having wild goose chases.
By this am not trying to
confuse you or instill fear in
you but there are always two
sides to a coin.
If you discover an opportunity
where you can unlock value or
think of an idea that can
realign your destiny for the
better, then strike while the
iron is still hot. Long to become
the first, for the earliest bird
49. catches the fattest worm. Look

challenges in trying to
penetrate the market they still
became victorious, those are
benefits of becoming a pioneer.
Rid yourself of the thoughts of
following in the existing
footprints left by others but
rather go where there is no
path at all and leave a trail,
that is being great.
Do not pay much attention on
the difficulties you might
encounter in becoming a
50. pioneer, necessity knows no
laws so if there is a necessity
for you to fill in something then
stay focused.
If you feel there is potential in
you to become someone then
go for it and dont let your
academical, intellectual or
physical capacity become your
own enemy. There are people
who learn to become engineers
but some are born engineers
but its because there is a
traditional belief that only
accademical engineers are
engineers, many undermime
51. their ability and get their
talents go down the drain.
Many people live like fixed
telephone lines which are not
flexible and doesnt have a
mobility characteristic given
the sense that they let their
religion, tradition, sex or
society establish a fixed line of
thinking in their lives with
most women thinking they are
only child bearing machines
and hesitating to venture into
professions dominated by men
for instance engineering,
mining etc. It is rewarding to
live like WI-FI which has no
52. fixed lines so that you may
equip yourself with a flexible
mind which is self
empowering.
One's success barometer is the
parameters to which they think
their potential reaches.
Therefore a person's success is
limited by their own minds not
by their fullest potential or
ability. The extend to which
you think you can succeed to,
the furthest your ability can
take you to.
Dont keep a dog and bark
yourself , there is need to make
53. use of the talents God gave you
rather than bragging that you
can do something when you
are concealing the talent. You
need to substantiate to the
world that you are no empty
vessel * that is if you arent.
Learn to focus on specific
things that you are so sure they
will be profitable in the
longrun other than doing try
and error on a basket of ideas,
dogs that put up many hares
kill none.
Bear in mind that between two
stools, one falls to the ground
54. so there is need to focus on one
thing with maximum effort and
willingness and you will also
realise that what we do
willingly is very easy. You
should learn to do things you
assign yourself with all your
mind on the task. Be honest to
yourself first then to others
around you and have faith in
God. Honest is the best tutor.
You must not draw your bow
until your arrow is fixed so
there is no need to rush into
conclusions nor take short cuts
in doing anything in your life.
55. Wait for the right time to talk
and praise yourself that is only
when your project or business
has prospered otherwise dont
halloo when you are still in the
wood for this will attract
unnecessary critisism that
might discourage you and
paralyse the progress of your
endevours.
Little thieves are hanged but
great ones escape, as such little
businesses struggle but big
ones flourish therefore make it
a policy that when you aim,
then aim for the sky that if it so

luckily the clouds would
intecept you.
Enhance your knowledge on
your fields of interest such that
you make your brains
accustomed to handling the
problems that may arise in the
life of your project , business or
proffession. Read a lot and
meditate on your readings and
research on new things. At
least make it a policy that you
learn a new thing every week,
that you didnt know. Idleness
rusts the mind but the most
57. harmful thing is that an idle
mind is the devil`s workshop
so you need to learn and
broaden your understanding. If
you dont make effort to keep
your mind productively busy,
then you are allocating an A1
farm to the devil in your mind.
That is the reason why jails
hold a larger percentage of
people who have little
knowledge. Ask yourself if you
ever thought of doing evil
whilst you are reading the
Bible or doing your studies, if
the answer is YES then i
suggest you go and see a
58. psychiatrist.
Money spent on the brain is
never spent in vain so there is
need to make brain
investments so as to equip
yourself with the requisite
knowledge of tackling
respective problems as they
arise. Always remember that
by doing nothing we learn to
do ill so learn and keep on
learning.
59. 7.Be Yourself
Borrowed garments never fit
well, the same with borrowed
personalities and characters.
You need to be the best of what
you can be in as far as being
the original you is concerned
and if you are to imitate
anyone then let it be Christ.
Never try to become someone
whom you arent. If you waste
time blowing other people`s
trumpets, who then is going to
play yours? Each one of us is
unique and there is never a
60. way to change our identities.
Learn to appreciate yourself
and be honest to oneself for
honesty is the best policy. Dont
try to hide who you are, instead
reveal to the world what you
really are made of so people
can help you ammend your
weaknesses which becomes
next to impossible if you are
hiding in someone else's
identity.
Know your weaknesses and be
open to objections for they are
what shapes our characters.
Know yourself better than
61. anyone else. They say a
friend`s eye is a good mirror so
its wise that you ask your pals
how they view your character
or just accept corrections when
they object certain behaviours
of yours.
A wise man doesnt take money
for a motivator. Anyone who
serves God for money will
serve the devil for better wages
since the deep love of money is
the tap root of all evil. It is
therefore advisable that people
take passion as their greatest
motivators before anything so
62. there is need to discover your
passion and talent and work
towards that.
There are people who are
unnecessarilly critically
minded, critics are healthy but
only to a certain level to which
if they exceed then they start
harming progress. Be wary of
the objections you make.
Do not rely much on opinions
in life but focus entirely on
facts and shape your
intelligence on them. Opinions
are subjected to objections but
facts are stubborn. Nomatter
63. how much we may try to justify
our opinions, facts will always
stand.
There is therefore need for one
to discover who they are so
they can be able to reshape or
realign their destinies. Here
are some of the ways to realise
who you really are ;
The first and foremost thing to
do is to discover who you really
are then move on to converting
thepotential greatness
bestowed upon oneself into
visible or material
achievements. In other words
64. potential greatness should be
turned into a practicality in
order to determine one's
destiny.
One can never become great by
coincidence that is without
knowledge of their potential
hence the need to first identify
yourself.

HOW TO DISCOVER YOURSELF
The simplest way of
discovering yourself is through
figuring out your God given
talents. Take into account the
examples of the world's

Jackson and David Beckam,
these people needed no rocket
scientists to tell them of how
great they would become.
Therefore you can also make
the best out of the God given
talents you have as long as you
do not sit on them or shy away
with them.
Another way to discover
yourself is through meditation.
You should listen to the
thoughts that come from the
deepest ends of your heart. You
should strike a converstion

and value the outcome from
such dialogues. Ask yourself
regulary on what you want to
achieve and make calculations

vain. Figure out the things that
you do so well to an extend that

destiny. The reason why many
people dont make a mark on
earth is that they borrow
personalities and abondon
their destinies in persue of
others' destinies in which they
are not designited for. They
end up becoming average or
poor. Would Micheal Jackson
have had made an impact if he
had chosen to become a pilot?
The answer remains a mystry...
Work on what you know you
can deliver with brilliance and
by so doing you become great.
68. One's destiny is based on his
present choices so there is need
to take caution when making
today's choices. Know that its a
choice to become rich and the
opposite is true.
When you have discovered
yourself note that its still only a
potential in you which needs
implementation to come into
reality. You now need to make
your dreams a reality - one
great orator said that the
graveyard is the richest place
on earth since it houses
individuals who died thieves
69. but with potential to become
leaders, some died beggers but
had destinies of being rich. The
problem is they never bothered
to seek wisdom and
understanding on their
destinies.
After discovering yourself you
now have to act. Make sure you
implement what you are
capable of doing in life and
make people remember you
when you are gone.

There are many times you have
wondered if things could be
done in the manner you
believe would be of great
significance and you believed it
could make an impact and
change lives but too bad you
were only a whisker distance
away from building castles in
the air. There is no photocopy
of yourself whom you expect to
think and act your way so you
can see the change you want in
the society. How are you ever
going to see the change you

simple, just be the change you
want to see in the world.
Learn to embrace change so
that you can move along with
