Youth and Family Ministry
1. Christian parents who are committed and involved in
the spiritual lives of their kids.
2. Strong teamwork between ministry leaders, parents, teen workers, and kids.
3. Parents being equipped through discipling and
training.
4. Kids being discipled and growing in their faith,
character, knowledge, and use of God’s Word.
5. Majority of Kingdom Kids being converted and staying
faithful on through their later teen years.
6. Teen disciples successfully transitioning into campus and/or singles ministries where they continue growing.
7. Teens of non-members and their families being converted.
8. Strong, spiritual relationships across ministries.
9. Strong connection to other Youth and Family ministries in sister churches, to the ICYFM, and to HOPE Youth Corps.
10. A dynamic, fun, and spiritual youth ministry!

get more?
