launch of ShopBakerHughes.com, an online
store offering more than 200 Baker Hughes
products
Baker Hughes Incorporated has launched
ShopBakerHughes.com, an online store offering
more than 200 Baker Hughes products. The site will
allow customers to purchase select products
online—24 hours a day, seven days a week—and
provides instant shipping and tax estimates as well
as credit card checkout.
“The technology we use to interact with customers is
always changing, and we are continually striving to
improve their experience,” said Kent Dawson,
Executive Sales Director for Baker Hughes. “The
advent of today’s digital environment gives us a
number of opportunities to simplify our customer’s
buying experience.”
Ideal for smaller operators, the site offers a selection of drill bits, composite plugs, certain setting tools and
completions parts, as well as registration for Baker Hughes popular TotalDepth training classes.
A variety of product promotions are available, including volume discounts. Customers can select their delivery
options, including overnight shipping. Questions as well as requests to add products to the site inventory may be
