This document proposes a 3 Ball Lottery project that has already developed an application to analyze lottery number data and select the best 125 numbers to play with 50% odds of winning. Completing the programming is estimated to take 4-6 months and cost $15 million, but would generate $28.5 million annually from 10 targeted states. Funding of $250,000 or $750,000 is sought in exchange for equity, to finish development and start generating revenue from winning lottery tickets.
