I ensure the conformity of property management to applicable Army Regulation (AR),Federal
Property Management (FPM) regulations and guidelines, Supply Updates (SU) and Department of the
Army (DA) Pamphlets and Standard Operation Procedures for the 18th
Engineer Brigade and its
subordinate echelons.
Responsible for coordinating the property books and physical assets for the brigade and its two
subsidiary battalions and 10 companies in the amount of 3M to include sensitive items.
Responsible for $2M dollars worth of inventory inflow and outflow on a weekly basis for company
equipment transfers.

I served as supervisory oversight for USAGSchweinfurt Installation Supply Support Activity (SSA)
warehouse. I regularly coordinated the inbound parts to appropriate recipients and sections at the pace of
2,300 parts for company stock including supply reports and documentation for sensitive items.
I was responsible for over 45 DODACs/ UIC and $1B of equipment for the garrison and its resident
military units, annually. These military units were in constant cycles of deployment and mobilization in
support of the Iraq/Afghanistan conflicts and their suspenses were acute and their SSA requests were

I served as a squad leader including training, development counseling and welfare of 200 Soldiers
throughout my career as a non-commission officer.
