Tap on Pupils

You can now see a list
of your pupils

Current pupils

ones you are working
with now

9. Archived list allows
you to store
information on pupils
you have taught and
might work with in the
future, but are not
teaching at he moment

10. To Archive or Delete a
pupil tap and hold on
the pupil and drag to
the left

Archive and Delete
options…

Tap on Delete to
remove the pupil’s
information from your
app completely

13. Tap on Archive to add
the pupil to your
archive list

14. The Archived pupil no
longer appears in your
Current list

Archived list

you just archived here

pupil to your Current
list once again, just
swipe left on the pupil
as before

Unarchive/Delete

wish to add the pupil
back to your Current
list

reappear as Current in
