Market commentary
Another sluggish trading for indices today, no major movement observed in Nifty,
Nifty Bank and Sensex. Nifty closed a little down with minus 28 points and Nifty
Bank slightly up around 30 points. It was not a day for large caps but yes some
Mid- Cap stocks performed outstanding.
8k Miles performed really well, we also
recommended it in our Supreme services from 604, the stock marked high of 680
up nearly 18 percent. Other Mid-caps who performed good are India glyclols, Kiri
Industries, Inox Wind and BF Investment. Among Large caps DLF gains more than
7%, Axis bank also closed with a gain of 7.3%. Tomorrow if Nifty Bank crosses
above 25100 then we can expect a strong bull rally in banking sector. Nifty 50 may
trade sluggish tomorrow also.

Technical Analysis
The stock was consolidating in a tight range from the last one month around and
today it gave strong break out above consolidation range with heavy volume. The
lower band of consolidation was around 450 and high was 489. It is also it’s Life-
Time high and stock marked a high of 518 whereas closed at 502. Volume also
breaks its last 2 month’s high, more than 6 lacs shares traded today.
RSI is on the boundary of
overbought zone and if enters it will give momentum to the stock. 21 day EMA
holds strong support for the stock and a trend line drawn from the lows of August
2017 also add support. Overall the stock looks attractive to trade for tomorrow
and it may gains another 8-10% in a single trading session, may reach upto 540-
550 levels. 484 is the support and stop loss for long traders.

3. Market Highlights
 In today’s trade, markets traded in a narrow range throughout the day with
benchmark index closing in negative territory.
 Nifty midcap and Nifty Bank index gave marginal outperformance with both the
indices closing in the green.
 Bharti Airtel limited declared its quarterly results. Revenue for the quarter came
marginally higher than the estimated figure of Rs. 21746 crore. EBITDA for the
quarter came in 5.3 % higher than the estimated figure of Rs. 7520 crore. And
lastly, net profit for the quarter came in 110.3 % higher than the estimated figure
of Rs. 319 crore.
 Yes Bank reported Q2FY18 earnings in line with street estimates. The NII for the
quarter was 1.5% higher than the street estimates of Rs1855 crore. While, net
profit for the quarter was slightly below the estimates of Rs.1002 crore.
 Hindustan Aeronautics received the SEBI’s approval for its 36.15 million share
initial public offering. The government will divest 10% stake in the company
through the offering.
