After coming across many people having similar experiences to me, this slide breaks down the need. We want to connect anyone anywhere in the world that needs help, to anyone anywhere in the world that's willing to give it.

1. Why Help-In is needed
I wanted to volunteer as part of my travelling experience
I found it really difficult to find opportunities that didn’t
cost the Earth
Met countless people who shared my frustrations and
paid a lot of money via middle men organisations
Stories of £2,000 for 2 weeks and on arrival the grass
root organisation said it would have been £400 if they’d
have gone direct
So where did the other £1,600 go?......to line the pockets
of profiteering middle men rather than the organisation
they wanted to help?
