Annexe 3 INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL PROJECTS (In alphabetical order)
AHEAD – The AHEAD project aims at promoting the headmasters leadership and school management, and specifically it
provides headmasters with the need skills (leadership and management) for building and managing research teams to carry
out innovative research activities thanks to the AHEAD didactic model, which combines a web based PBL – Problem –
Based Learning approach with a peer training method to promote the ongoing updating of headmasters’ practical skills.

AGROTOURISM – focused language course of English and German for public administration staff from rural areas.
AA tool for testing the preference of potential attendants of a foreign language course for people involved in agrotourism
industry. On the basis of the survey conducted, it was possible to prepare a course that fulfills those people needs. Crucial
subject were in this case: content and structure of the course and the form of service.
ANALYSIS OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN LABOR MARKET INSTITUTIONS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF
ECONOMICAL CHANGE (“Analiza zarządzania wiedzą przez instytucje rynku pracy w perspektywie zmiany
gospodarczej"), Coordinator EKORYS, Reasearches project in the frames of of Operational Programme Human Capital
(POKL) – subcontracting on realization of field researches, interviews, focus groups – managing, coordination of the
researchers team and realization of the researches
BYOB – During the project the Partnership developed a standardized course and materials which could be applied across
the European Union, with a common level of accreditation. This course was aimed at persons who wish to start their own
business; however, with further development, it could be used for people already running a small business who need further
support.
CLASP – Creative Learning and Students’ Perspective
The project is based conducting a survey on how creativity in education influences professional future of students. The
survey employs theoretical perspective created by Peter Woods. The objective posed by the Teaching Research and
Development Centre is to enrich this perspective by attempting to find the answer to the questions concerning students’
experiences in creative pedagogy.
EMOP – External Evaluator and project management consultant of the project coordinated by EFS Bonn (outplacement and
consulting)
Equal opportunities in the labor market for people 50 + (Wyrównywanie szans na rynku pracy dla osób 50+) project
realized in the frames of ESF – coordinator Centrum Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich (HR Development Cenre), Partner -
University of Lodz. Researches on situation of employees 50+ in European labor market and on ages management in the
European enterprises.
E-STEP – The aim of the projects is to educate these people to demand the handmade work need of existing home textile
sector in Kayseri not going out from their home. So they can produce the demands of textile sectors’ orders with high quality.
These women don’t need to go out to get education because we reach them via e-learning. E-step – professional activation

ETM – It is particularly important to adjust human resource training in the organizations providing educational services in
agreement with their needs of development, the needs of the organization and of the community they live in, because it has
an impact on training, on ability development of other human resources. Creating a training programme, e-learning platform
that can be adapted for implementation in all member states. Designing a quality portfolio that would include instruments

FORSIMPAD – Knowledge management researches – knowledge management in the production’s enterprise, researches
and implementation, the head of the researches team, the project manager.
LA-PE-CO – Laboratory of Personal Competences Improving Qualifications of Teachers and Trainers. The project
aim is to exchange training methods and techniques related to teaching ‘personal skills’ between project partners as well as
establishing long-term cooperation between European institutions of adult learning. Direct beneficiaries: adult trainers and

OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME HUMAN CAPITAL (POKL) 9.1.2, 9.1.1, 9.6.2, 8.1.1 – Realization of the proposals for
almost 30 different projects for IT and Laguages Education for Adults, for Primary School Education Development and
Quality Enhancement, for Employees VET Training
EDUCATIONAL GAME FOR CHILDREN’S AND YOUNGSTERS ENTERPRENEURSHIP – Realization of the proposal,
conception and writing in the frames of OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME INNOVATIVE ECONOMY (8.1 POIG)
POSTGRADUATE ON-LINE STUDY (E-Business, E-Economy) – Project evaluation strategy which will result in creating
e-studies platform. The strategy includes the analysis of the present state of the stages of platform creating processes,
development of these processes and improvement of interprocess communication. Project evaluation strategy is
implemented and realized by Teaching Research and Development Centre.

Annexe 3 INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL PROJECTS (In alphabetical order) AHEAD – The AHEAD project aims at promoting the headmasters leadership and school management, and specifically it provides headmasters with the need skills (leadership and management) for building and managing research teams to carry out innovative research activities thanks to the AHEAD didactic model, which combines a web based PBL – Problem – Based Learning approach with a peer training method to promote the ongoing updating of headmasters’ practical skills. http://www.aheadproject.eu/ahead/index.php?lang=en AGROTOURISM – focused language course of English and German for public administration staff from rural areas. AA tool for testing the preference of potential attendants of a foreign language course for people involved in agrotourism industry. On the basis of the survey conducted, it was possible to prepare a course that fulfills those people needs. Crucial subject were in this case: content and structure of the course and the form of service. ANALYSIS OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN LABOR MARKET INSTITUTIONS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ECONOMICAL CHANGE (“Analiza zarządzania wiedzą przez instytucje rynku pracy w perspektywie zmiany gospodarczej"), Coordinator EKORYS, Reasearches project in the frames of of Operational Programme Human Capital (POKL) – subcontracting on realization of field researches, interviews, focus groups – managing, coordination of the researchers team and realization of the researches BYOB – During the project the Partnership developed a standardized course and materials which could be applied across the European Union, with a common level of accreditation. This course was aimed at persons who wish to start their own business; however, with further development, it could be used for people already running a small business who need further support. CLASP – Creative Learning and Students’ Perspective The project is based conducting a survey on how creativity in education influences professional future of students. The survey employs theoretical perspective created by Peter Woods. The objective posed by the Teaching Research and Development Centre is to enrich this perspective by attempting to find the answer to the questions concerning students’ experiences in creative pedagogy. Researches on situation of employees 50+ in European labor market and on ages management in the European enterprises. E-STEP – The aim of the projects is to educate these people to demand the handmade work need of existing home textile sector in Kayseri not going out from their home. So they can produce the demands of textile sectors’ orders with high quality. These women don’t need to go out to get education because we reach them via e-learning. The strategy includes the analysis of the present state of the stages of platform creating processes, development of these processes and improvement of interprocess communication.
