Sydney-based law firm, Goldbergs Lawyers was established in 1964 and specialises in litigation

Goldbergs Lawyers have been using Open Practice as their practice management system for
more than 15 years, labeling it as user friendly and time saving.
Office manager Priscilla Lawrence said the firm uses Open Practice for a range of trust and
office accounting features, as well as the online searching services.
“Before Open Practice we used an extremely cumbersome system which was cluttered with a
lot of information we didn’t use,”Ms Lawrence said.
“While Open Practice has a big offering, we use everything that is available in the system.
“I have used a lot of practice management systems over the years and I find Open Practice to
be very user friendly and easy to pick up.
“If someone new needs to use the system, they don’t need to sit through a full day’s worth of
training – as long as they know what they’re doing, all they have to do is follow the prompts.”
Ms Lawrence said because she has become very familiar with the system after using it for so
long, she rarely needs to lean on the Open Practice team for technical support.
“But when we do need any support, (the OP team) has been absolutely great,”she said.
