2. SUMMARY
Plastics are produced rapidly but at the same it is not
properly used or managed. On the other hand, fuels are
getting expensive due to the shortage of supplies or sources
since the most common way to attain to attain this fuel is
through the fossil fuels. This invention can help manage
the waste plastic materials but at the same time it will be
used as an alternative gas fuel. This invention will be
beneficial to the people since this will produced a cheaper
fuel that is usable and less harmful to the environment.
Furthermore, this invention will also be beneficial to the
environment since plastics will not cause pollution because
it already being reused.
3. Plastics are widely used for everyday life. It is usually used
for grocery bags, Food and water containers and even for
appliances. But plastics are being produced at a higher rate
and it cannot be managed anymore. Thus, the researchers
proposed a study that converts plastic waste into a usable
gas fuels through a small pyrolysis invention. With this
invention, the plastic wastes are reused into a more usable
substance and plastics can be also reduced.
4. This invention will be beneficial to the environment and to
the people. Since, having this invention it can lessen the
plastics but at the same time this can also create a usable fuel
that is not harmful to the environment.
5. The proposed solution is to lessen and manipulate the said
cause by producing a mini waste plastic pyrolysis plant.
Pyrolysis is the process of heating organic material at high
temperatures in the absence of oxygen. Since no oxygen is
present, the organic material does not combust. Instead,
the chemical compounds (i.e. cellulose, hemicellulose and
lignin) that make up the material decompose into
combustible gases and charcoal.
6. The first step is the feeding process; this is the stage wherein the materials
that will be undergoing pyrolysis will be placed in already. The next step
will be the pyrolysis step, in this phase, the light oil gas will be converted
by the condenser to fuel oil and stored in the fuel oil tank . The third step
is the condensation stage. This is the stage wherein the combustible gas
generated during the pyrolysis process will be cleaned . For the last and
final stage in a flue condenser, the fumes produced during the reactor's
heating will first be cooled. In order to remove dust, scrub, spray water,
adsorb it with ceramic rings, and absorb it with activated carbon, it will
then enter the dust removal system and spray tower.
