The cultural committee meeting discussed preparations for the upcoming NAAC accreditation visit. They reviewed progress on the mock cultural presentation from December and selection of 31 students to work with Bhartendu Natya Academy. The director has been training students since 20 December but many left for winter break. The committee needs to finalize the cultural program sequence and confirm student availability. Important decisions were made regarding inviting the NAAC team, booking the hall, creating invitations and a program leaflet. Logistics like AV equipment, orchestra, finances and student practice schedules were also discussed. The committee will finalize the on-stage program which may feature a musical drama on KGMU's history from Spanish Flu to COVID-19.

• Journey from 1905 with musical society involvement: Incharge? (Raja Rupani): 5-
10 minutes
• Cultural of different state dances: Incharge? (Shuchi): 10 minutes
