This is a presentation for the HBC analysis on the article "THE NEW PATTERNS OF INOVATION" during the internship under the guidance of Prof.Sameer Mathur {Ph.D,Carnige Mellon} ,IIM-LUCKNOW
3. IOT-Internet of Things has a
variety of it’s own special impact
in the industry modernization ,we
need to understand the changes it
can make in the automation and
smart technologies when
combined with Artificial
Intelligence to access the Big Data
4.
5. Pattern’s observed in the change of technology
1) using data that physical objects
now generate
2) digitizing physical assets
3) combining data within and
across industries.
4) trading data
5)Codifying a distinctive service
capability
6. •Digitilization made all the process user
friendly
•It made an easily accessible way for
everyone at any place and at any point of
time
•Once data created .it can be accessible
anywhere (synchronization)
•It created a open way for the industries
in a vast accessible options
8. •It’s made free to access the data from any
point of the world,so it gave wings for
industries to route their margins in the path
of success
•As everything is dependent onfdata it
became so huge that no one could imagine
the growth it made in the limited time
•It gave managers and his peers to
communicate effectively with the accurate
data
9. 1. From the 5 pattern’s a series of question’s were made to
inventory the raw material out of which new business value
can be carved
2. The questions seem simple, but answering them requires
considerable thought in most cases.
I. What data do we have?
II. What data can we access that we are not capturing?
III. What data could we create from our products or
operations?
IV. What helpful data could we get from others?
V. What data do others have that we could use in a joint
initiative?
10. •Manager’s who need to understand that there
is a unexceptional demand for innovations
and accept it
• Taking the risk and implementing the
innovative ideas can lead the company with
huge profits
• Along with innovation clear analyzing and
usage of effective data is also needed
• Manager’s should have the need to think out
of the box and accept the new changes for the
organization to be developed
