Good Morning! I, Rafael C. Basa, am requesting from your good office an authorization to be excused
from my classes today from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. The schedule of my classes is as follows:
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Introduction to Nursing Research
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Logic and Scientific Methods
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Intensive Care Nursing
The reason for this request is because I have a scheduled interview at exactly 11:00 AM in the
House of Representatives at Batasan Hills, Quezon City. The said schedule of interview is for the
financial assistance grant from our good 4th district Congresswoman of Manila through the
Department of Social Welfare and Development.
This financial assistance will help a lot to help my younger sister to enroll in this semester and also
will help to pay the expenses for the several examinations for my father in determining his
underlying medical condition.
