This is to certify that Rachit Kirteeman was employed, and served as Head Chef for
AJ’s (Goa).
The tenure of his service was from August 2011 till March 2016.
Rachit, has played an intrinsic role from the onset, in the creation and nurturing of the
brand. His contribution has been very valuable in all aspects of operations, kitchen, and
restaurant.
Although extremely proficient within his chosen profession, he has consistently
displayed, a plethora of talents and skills, that as a combination, make him a genuine
asset to any organisation.
We are undoubtedly disappointed with his departure. But, wish him the very best life
has to offer, professionally, and, personally.
