The SIAL Show in Paris 2018 was a huge, amazing, and totally crazy event with over 7,000 exhibitors from 119 countries and 250,000 attendees. Representatives from IFT Florida attended the show to create an international program for professionals launching in 2020, bringing global industry exposure and cultural experiences to employers and sponsors. They also aimed to bring the international food industry to IFT Florida by attracting global attention and exhibitors to a supplier night to foster international business connections.
