Editor's Notes

  1. By asking the “  “ questions it makes a rush request much faster to find. It minimizes the time we spend away from our process work as well. On average, asking a “  “ question can have us away from our process for 4-5 minutes,  questions take about 1-2 minutes. Remember, the more information the better.
  2. Doing this doubles the amount of work in inventory and slows down the process. If you have already sent an attachment to the customer centric mailbox please send us a email informing the name and /or policy number along with the time you sent it. This ensures duplicates are not indexed and extra paperwork having to be reviewed.
  3. The above illustration shows what the fax lines look like. As you see it only shows the Date/Time, Fax Number/Email, Pages, and Status. If you can provide us with as much information as possible we will be able to locate the paperwork quicker. Also, when providing the time please include the time zone where the fax was sent because on our end it shows only Eastern Standard Time. Example: EST, CT, PT
