MURIAS (ALLER COUNTY)
ITINERARY: Villar- Curriechos-Cotobello-
Renorios- Valle Frenosa.
An ideal sporting route, with views of peaks such
as Peña Mea, and ranges such as La Carisa, El
Aramo and El Rasón, circling what was once an
old coal mining facility

The Bear Trail, also known as the Bear Route,
occupies an old platform for a mining train
that travelled throughout the Bear Valleys and
ceased operation in the mid-20th Century. It
was reconverted in the mid-1990s into a
cycling tourism and hiking trail.
