2. How to Use Your Recognition Card
1. The 1,000 points will be automatically deposited in your Recognition@Philips account and you will
receive an email notification.
2. Go to www.philips.com/recognition and log-in with your eight-digit employee number and
password. First-time users, click on “Reset Password” to have your login information emailed to
you. If you don’t have a Philips email address, your temporary password was provided to your line
manager. Once you log in using your temporary password, you will need to enter a personal
password for future use. If you are already registered, log on with your personal password.
3. Click on "Choose Rewards" to view the rewards catalogue. Remember that you do not have to
use your points right now - they will be available in your account whenever you are are ready to
choose your reward.
