Disaster Recovery Management System, this projectfunctions as to check all thedatabasebackup is correctfor
all the sites and interface provides the user to apply check for any of the site on the time the user wants.
If the databasebackup is failed then there is automatic alert mail to the user of that respective site and SLA is
generated for that site, so that the check is maintained to check till whattime the databasebackup is not there
and SLA mail is also generated depending upon the time period of SLA mentioned for that site. This helps to
keep all the database, application and files of the sites protected.

In this portal,wemaintain a listof all theassets (hardware,softwareand services) with all theimportantdetails.
The main function of the assetmanagement is to send notification to the responsiblepersons 60 days prior to
the actual expiry date of asset and then on 15 days gap.
The report screen generates excel report with the details of all the assets expiring in the days specified.

This portal is for preparing all the billing Details with respect to the Email ID creation for all the clients
(Motherson Group Companies).
Sales portal generate proposals to be signed by customers. These documents act as service agreements
between the two. This portal has been created with the intent of automating this process.Details can befilled
in through screen and proposal can be directly generated.
