Dear Sir,
I am an experienced technocrat, very keen to take up Aero Space Defense projects pertaining to; Missile Weapon Systems,
Aviation, End to End IP Communication projects related to Net Centric Operations such as; Battlefield Management System,
Tactical Internet Protocol Communication Systems, First Responders and Rural Internet Connectivity based on Open Source
and Open Standards and Interoperable COTS (Commercial Off The shelf Technologies); Hardware and Software. My activities
include the Systems Design, Development, Production, Operation, Maintenance, Product Life Cycle Support Services, and
Weapon System Refurbishment with upgrade. I have fulfilled these activities to the utmost satisfaction of customers and all
stake holders. My strength is in building teams and leading them to their success.
After Graduating in Physical Sciences, I acquired First Class Electrical Engineering Degree from a reputed Govt. College
(Now JNTU), Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA.As a first option, I joined Indian Air Force and gained knowledge, skills
and abilities related to Aeronautical Electronics Branch and developed as Project Manager. I am in tune with the
technological developments, especially in Missile Systems, Aviation and Network Centric operations based on Mobile
Communications, and related industry standards.
Twenty-two years of IAF commissioned service, provided me an opportunity to take up many challenging tasks which offered
me invaluable lessons in the importance of team work, shared responsibility and leadership. My IAF experience encompasses
Operations, Maintenance and Training; in Aviation, ground radars, communication and Air Defence Weapon systems. I
Commanded a Technical Training School of the IAF. My other areas of experience include networking of radars and
communication systems for command and control of missile based Air Defence Weapon Systems.
I joined Bharat Dynamics Limited by choice to contribute to Indigenous Guided Missiles Development and Production
Program. During my twelve years of Defence Production tenure, I undertook Concurrent Production, customer Trials,
designed and provided Product support for the first Indigenous Missile based Weapon Systems. I offered, DRDO, a
Network Centric Fire Control System based on COTS and was considered for a missile based weapon system.
Further, As General Manager (Refurbishment), I surveyed world market for refurbishment of AIR LAUNCHED and Air
Defence Weapon Systems held with the Air Force and Army, interacted with Ministry of Defence and various other
organizations. I successfully undertook “No Cost No Commitment Flight Trials” of refurbished close combat Air Launched
missile for the IAF and submitted REFURBISHMENT proposals for all Missile Weapon Systems requiring REFURBISHMENT
held by the Indian Army and Air Force.
I was with Thrikasa Technologies, till recently, as General Manager, to develop COTS based C4I communication systems
and stand alone First Responder Systems. I successfully designed, developed and field tested COTS based, Stand Alone
End to End IP solution, a 4G (WiMAX & Wi-Fi) Radio communication solution for Emergency responders, Mobile
Multimedia 4G Radio for Hazardous areas and Air borne IP communication management system including Radio Over IP
Gate Way for various Radio equipment with different frequency bands and standards, operating on different networks to
interoperate. I am fully conversant with Echo Systems of Radio Technologies including TVWS (TV White Space
technology) and Rural Communication Architectures including “Bharat National Optical Fiber Network (NOFN)”.
At present Working on End to End IP based Wired (including Optical) and Wireless Communication Systems providing
VOIP, Video and Data. The wireless technologies include Radio over IP Gateways for Legacy Radios (all frequency bands
such as HF, VHF, and UHF) and GSM-LTE, WiMAX, WI-FI, their integration in to IP networks. I designed, developed and
successfully demonstrated Standalone “Multimedia Mobile Radio Communication systems”. I successfully offered a
technology solution for Air borne Communication system-ADMS project of CABS, India, interconnecting Legacy radios
and on board IP Communication System interconnecting operators. I am familiar with IOT, M2M and Web RTC
technologies. I am fully conversant with MOD Procurement policies and processes with an emphasis on MAKE IN INDIA
(DPP2016) Defence Procurement Policies.
I am an alumnus of ANECAA&ASCI, Hyderabad and underwent Advanced Management Programme and Concurrent
Engineering Workshop at the Administrative Staff College, India.
I Visited USA, Europe, Switzerland and Singapore and some of the Leading Industrial Establishments in Power,
Communications and Defense. I am fighting fit and, it will be a great pleasure to work with teams all over the world
