- What are the challenges of the last-mile? …. If you ask it to gurus then they would also add like, “High Cost”, “No Transparency”, “No Efficiency” and “Lots of Friction”…. What are these happening? I have been also asking myself this question more than 10 years… anybody has an answer??? I also don’t, thank you very much then…. No no … joking. Adi always says that I’m a bad joker but I keep trying…
- In my opinion, the real reason is “Lack of Simplicity”… I mean, everyone wants to share their data for the good of efficiency but only the data which is relevant for the other party. Or we all want to manage a better non-conformity management. Another one (which is my favourite) we all want to know when something is going to be delivered, will it delay or not?… You may say where is the simplicity in all these because these are all difficult and expensive IT solutions…
- Imagine this, you have the mobile number of the driver and with that you can handle all these challenges what we discussed. Any driver will be connected to your system in seconds and you’ll be able to receive locations and real-time status updated about your deliveries.
