About The Charity
Portsmouth Hospitals Charity aims to serve the patients
of Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust by providing additional
facilities and equipment, supporting research programmes
and innovation in the development of services and
education to both patients and staff. The charity funds
many different projects across the Trust that enhance
patient care.
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest acute hospital trusts
in the country. We provide a full range of services to more than 650,000
people across Portsmouth, South East Hampshire and West Sussex. Whilst
most services are provided at Queen Alexandra Hospital, we also offer
a range of outpatient and diagnostic facilities within local communities
which are closer to patient homes.
The charity supports all of the wards and departments throughout the
Trust and you can choose to support a particular area of the hospital that
is close to your heart.
