Currently focused on public policies, strategies, programmes and projects aiming at a low carbon and resilient societies and a member of the UNFCCC's roster of experts, I sincerely believe that Climate Change poses a major threat to all the efforts that have been put on cooperation for development and assume as personnel mission to act in any ways that could mitigate this.
