Now I am working in Syngenta foundation India since Mar 2018.I lead Purnea district, here my job is involve selection of young dynamic candidate who are drop out from their study for various reason and want to serve for their village, and send to NIRD for 45 days agricultural training.After that We make business plan, Crop plan,crop calendar etc for scooping analysis.and motivate them to do business in their village and serve their village people. They do nursery, input shop, Vermi compost,collective marketing, firm machinery, Bank correspondence etc.So if my experience fetch your requirement then it is fortune for me to work with your company.
