4. Did CEN/TC 351 help here?
Nee, CEN/TC351 levert alleen geharmoniseerde
bepalingsmethoden, geen beschermingsniveau.
Bij nadere inspectie zijn er geen prangende
handelsbelemmeringen aangetoond.

5. Is er wel een legitimatie?
EU
De CPD/CPR vraagt om nadere invulling voor de
milieuparagraaf: Essential Requirement no.3.
NL
heeft veel te verliezen, m.n. het (BSB) BBk.
