My name is Phil Herbert, I’m a filmmaker and photographer in Portland, Oregon. Three things I absolutely love are travel, film making, and watching baseball games. The Thirty by Moto project has been a dream of mine since 2016 when I was stuck in an office job that crushed my soul. I would sit at my desk and dream of the open road. Now, a couple jobs and one pandemic later, the time has come to make this dream a reality.
This summer I will set out to attend a game at every Major League ballpark, and travel to each on my motorcycle. Along the way, I will be creating videos, taking photos and sharing the journey. The route will take me over 13,000 miles and take around 67 days. Part of this project will be to create a new YouTube channel where I will launch weekly videos about each ballpark, and other notable moments of the trip. I will also be launching an Instagram and TikTok account for live, daily updates.
