I was introduced to Yoga, then called Psychocalisthenics, in 1984 at an Arica Institute
retreat on Vancouver Island as part of an holistic program designed to affect mind,
body and soul. My classes are for every one of all levels who desire greater poise,
strength, flexibility and above all...joy. In practice and in teaching my focus is to release
the 'immense vigor and laughter" that emerges from a strong, flexible body and mind.
