The KlickFast Connector
The heart of the KlickFast system: the connector can be
added to any of our cases. This slim, durable moulding
allows quick, easy docking and locking into any of our
docks. Cases move between docks in seconds.
Sliding a Klick Fast connector into any KlickFast dock locks it securely
in place. It can then be ‘clicked’ to any of seven carrying angles—still
remaining locked securely in place. Cases are released simply by
inverting them, which lets them slide free instantly.

Our P1 rating applies to soft leather cases
for day-long comfort in environments such

number (eg P3PV) to make, in this example, DP4400/P3PV.
Add KF to the end of the order code to replace the belt attachment

ATEX (Intrinsically Safe)
The ATEX standard ensures
that the electrical or thermal
energy present in equipment is
insufficient to ignite a potentially
explosive gas/air mixture under
both normal and specified fault
conditions. One of the primary
uses of this technology is in fire
ground operations, allowing
inter-firefighter communication in
hazardous environments.
No aluminium, zinc, magnesium
or cadmium is used in the
construction of these cases.
Due to the lack of legislation
controlling the manufacture of
cases, straps and belts, the use
of the words ATEX or ‘intrinsically
safe’ is based on tests by an
independent body who have
classified a sample case in the
Peter Jones (ILG) Ltd range as
being suitable for use in zones
1, 2, 20, 21 and 22. However, no
warranty is provided in respect of
such usage and customers should
always carry out their own test
to determine safety or usage in
hazardous areas.

for all IS radios—including
discontinued designs—from
makers such as Motorola, Bosch,
Ascom.
