Letter of Recommendation
LandInChicago is a 12-week US market entry acceleration program supported
by Finpro and TEKES that twice a year selects the most promising growth
companies from Finland and assists these companies in conducting a
successful US market entry through Chicago and its premier technology hub,
1871.
TripleWin Oy with their product NOOA was selected into the Fall 2016 –batch
of the LandInChicago -programme as one of the Finnish growth companies
with the largest potential to succeed in the highly competitive US market.
Successfully implementing large organizational change initiatives in focus or
strategy is an extremely complex and difficult problem. The team behind
NOOA has created a unique, novel approach to organizational change that
completely disrupts the change management is implemented in organizations.
The organizational change –industry in the US is a multi-billion dollar annual
market opportunity that remains largely undisrupted by digitalization and
