Exploration Geologist
Scope of work: Involved in various exploration projects.
Responsible for building geological model of explored areas,
bringing a lead to drillable prospect. Evaluate an area for
potential hydrocarbon exploration. Contacts with several service
companies to get analysis done in order to understand the “part
3. of the puzzle” in making geological model. Involved in technical
communication with the technical team of the government (i.e.

Kakap Trend Structure Exploration: Key personel for the
dormant Kakap Trend Structure hydrocarbon exploration.
Constructed geological model of the Kakap Trend Structure area.
Proposed and brought Mamung Structure to a drillable prospect.
Geologist for the Mamung-1 exploratory well. Discovered sub-
commercial gas and condensate within the Mamung Structure.
Tobong PSC prospectivity: Evaluation of the potentiality of
the Tobong Block, proposed relinquishment of the less
prospective area, organized models of hydrocarbon trapping in
various areas in the Tobong PSC.
Belut Prospect Evaluation: Part of the Belut Dormant Asset
team. Appraised South Belut structure from a 60 BCF to 300 BCF
gas bearing structure. Constructed geological model for the
Belut area.
Blok B Arang Geological Model: Maximized the use of the 2D
data and well log information, applied sequence stratigrraphy to
understand the stratigraphy of the Miocene fluvio-lacustrine
section of the Block B area, Natuna Sea, Indonesia; reconstruct
the paleo-depositional environment of the section, proposed a
geological play for hydrocarbon exploration in the area.
