Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
Our representative and driver will pick you from airport and briefs you about the country before
you drive off for 40 km to Kampala. If you arrive in time, you may have a Kampala City Tour
where you will visit the tourist attractions like Kasubi tombs, Uganda museum, Bahai temple,
Ndere Troupe cultural center for the culture museum and Uganda martyrs shrine Namugongo.
The day ends at the African Village on Buganda Road or at the National Theater for handicraft
viewing and shopping. Dinner and overnight.

2. Day 2: Move to Murchison falls, Ziwa rhino sanctuary and hiking to the top of the falls
After breakfast, leave Kampala by road in the morning heading to Murchison falls national park
on your way you will have a pause at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino and giant solitary shoe bill
trekking and a glass of fresh juice, and then get back on board to meet the strongest falls but you
will have another stop for lunch before the falls, you will reach in early evening and check in at

Day3: Game Drive, Boat Ride and transfer to Kibale national park
After morning breakfast, you will go for an early Morning game drive in search of Lions,
Leopards, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Buffalo, Oribi, and Warthogs, Uganda Kobs and Elephant as well
as many of the other animals. In the afternoon, go for a boat trip to the base of Murchison Falls,
meeting place for lots of land and water mammals and birds. Then transfer to Kibale national

3. Day 4; Kibale national park Chimps tracking and Bigodi Nature Stride
After breakfast, prepared to meet Kibale residents, the Chimps, Get briefing at the headquarters
before embarking on the Chimp tracking tour. Later after lunch at the lodge and later go for
afternoon nature walk around Bigodi Swamp where you will meet a number of birds including
“The giant solitary shoe bill”. Return to the lodge for relaxation, Dinner and an overnight Check
out the following day and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park for your overnight

Day 5: Morning game drive, Kazinga channel boat cruise
After breakfast, leave lodge for Morning game drive many animals will be observed including
Herds of giant elephants, different prides of the king of the beast (Lion), the giddy spotted
hyenas, the flowered leopard, the sharp teethed warthog, the endemics ”Uganda kobs”, Water
bucks, red bucks, bush bucks, bush duikers, both tree climbing and ground squirrels, and a lot
more including many bird species, return to the lodge for lunch and short break and head for
Kazinga Channel boat voyage. Enjoy the cruise while viewing animals drinking at the water’s
edge and there are higher chances of seeing lake shore killers and plenty of bird life including

4. Day 6: Queen Elizabeth Morning Game Drive – Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Wake up early in the morning for breakfast; prepare to depart Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You will go through the Ishasha sector of the park which is famous for harboring the tree
climbing lions. You may also get to see other animals that you might have missed during the
previous drives. Remember this park is famous for its richness in bio diversity. It is estimated to
host approximately 68 different species of mammals like waterbucks, jackals, Buffalo, Eland,
leopard, elephants, to mention but a few.
After, the additional fun carry on to Bwindi Forest and on arrival relax while preparing for the
next day. on your arrival you will check in at your reserved lodge with welcoming glass of juice
from the fresh fruits of Uganda and as you wait for your lunch to come as well as getting
conversant to the atmosphere, Later you will visit the superb community of Batwa the real
African bush men to entertain you with their enjoyable cultural dances and songs and share with
you their fast hand information about the park and a lots. Return to the lodge for relaxation with

5. Day 7: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Gorilla Trekking
After your hearty breakfast early in the morning, move to the ranger station with your packed
lunch and tracking gears. The ranger guide will brief you about how to behave in the presence of
the gentle eyed mountain gorillas. Move into the park to begin the memorable search in the
gorilla sanctuary.
Have fun in the beautiful prehistoric forest and feel its freshness. This forest is always wet, moist
and it may rain at any time of the day therefore you need to wear warm water proof clothes.
Remember to wear long trousers because there are beetles that may sting you.
The time to meet the gorillas is not known because of the movement of the gorillas as they look
for their food. Also during your search, you may have the chance of seeing other primates that
live in the forest like the, black-and-white colobus monkey, red tail monkey and chimpanzee.
The moment you meet the brown eyed, calm gorillas you may forget the fatigue you have
because it is a memorable and exciting encounter. Stay with them for an hour watching and
following the gorillas. Take photos however you need a sound proof camera. Then return to the
lodge for Lunch and check out to Lake Bunyonyi where you will spend your evening and
overnight, here it will be only relaxations as you recalling the best experience you had from the
previous activities but still you can adopt to go for more activities, Enjoy your dinner and
overnight.

Day 8: Transfer from Bunyonyi– Kampala
After that interesting gorilla tacking expedition, rise up early in the morning and drive to
Kampala have a stop at Igongo cultural center for lunch and proceed to Kampala where you will
reach in the early evening. If time there is enough time you will go for “behind the seen” here
you will have a chance to get close and feed all the big fives and get near to their feet for
remembrance photos and this will be the summary your entire itinerary of 8 days and lastly
transfer to check-in for your flight and marks the end of the big five safari tour in Uganda. Or
transfer to Airport to check-in for your return
