my duty is to go through the job description to understand the needs of the hiring manager, posting the
same job in various job boards and reviewing various resumes from different data bases in the internet.
And also I have to send mail to the candidate regarding job opening. After getting responses from the
candidate, I have to check the resume to shortlist the candidate and then send the same list to the hiring
manager to process for the interview. Also in the mean process I have to call to the US candidate to follow
up regarding application.
