I am writing on behalf of Oscar Juncosa, with whom I have work experience with as his colleague at
Vista-Mustang JV. Our company managed large SAGO projects for our primary client, coordinating all
Engineering and Procurement activities.
I am a Project Lead Quality Surveillance Coordinator at VistaMustang JV and worked frequently with
Oscar for nearly eight years. Oscar was Document Control Specialist at Vista-Mustang JV and I worked
with him closely on countless occasions.
Oscar had many responsibilities in his role, including review of final data book submittals, ensuring
formatting of final data books was correct as per client requirements, verifying thatall documents were
included in each final data book submittal, communicating with suppliers to obtain missing documents or
revised documents, and coordinating with various Vista-Mustang JV disciplines to ensure final data books
are satisfactorily completed. Oscar was meticulous and very detail oriented in his completion of all tasks.
Oscar was a valuable team member and was one of the most pleasant and amiable colleagues I have ever
had the chance to work with. His attention to detail, willingness to learn, and his positive attitude made an
important asset to the Document Control department at Vista-Mustang JV. I would recommend Oscar
