Crude Degummed Rapeseed
Rapeseed oil is obtained from rapeseed crushed. The aceie has a
color from light yellow to brown.
Rapeseed oil is used for seasoning and lighting. It is a viscous
texture and color pardoscuro before becoming refined, this oil can
be separated solid stearin.
Is composed mainly of erucic acid (45-54%), linoleic acid (10-19%),
vitamin E (55-80 mg per 100 g) and linolenic acid (5-9%). Currently
obtaining studied rapeseed oil Erucic acid free. These new types of
oil are called "canola" or "double zero rape", also for its low level
of glucosinolates.
