Factoring:

Accounts receivable financing to provide capital in under two weeks, Annual
company revenues should be between $1,000,000 - $50,000,000.

Client Profile: Broad array of industries with quality receivables.

Rates: Typically between 2.5% - 3% of the face value of the purchased invoices
for each month that the account is outstanding. No other fees are charged.

Factoring Term: Generally two years

Collateral: UCC filing on all available assets

Advance Rate: Up to 75% (the advance rate is the amount received upon closing;
however the client will receive the difference less lender's fee upon collection of
the receivables)

Performance Guarantee: performance guarantee by principals to deliver
conforming goods and proper services to customers is required. (personal
guarantee is not required)

Closing occurs within two weeks from initial contact.
