Welcome to Ducere & congratulations on your enrolment into the (Name of
Diploma)
We need to confirm a few details with you, this call is recorded for quality and
training purposes – are you ok with that?
Confirm: Spelling of name, email address, contact number, D.O.B, VET FEE
Help form signed, Australian citizen, access to computer & Internet
You have opted to cover your tuition fees with a VET FEE help loan, we just
need to run through some information, please feel free to ask any questions.
VET FEE help is an amazing loan program that makes further education
accessible to everyone

9. Qualification Script
VET Fee loans are repaid through the ATO at a starting rate of 4% of your
income once it reaches the minimum threshold, currently it’s at $53,345. Until
you reach this threshold there are no contributions required at all
Your investment into your diploma / dual is 12k / 18k – that includes the
government loan fee and will not be drawn down until your census date
You also have the option of making voluntary repayments to shorten the life of
your loan. Payments of $500 and over will attract a bonus 5% of the payment
credited to your loan which will reduce the total amount you need to pay

10. Qualification Script
The Enrolment Advisor should have you at a stage where you need to create a
Password, ensure you have 1 uppercase character and 1 numeric – can you
check if the Enrolment Advisor has you at this stage?

11. 7. Call Qualification team on
03 8658 2134 and tell SSR:
- TAFE
- Student Name
- Which Qualifications

12. 8. Pass phone to student ensuring it’s
not on loud speaker

13. 9. While student is speaking with
SSR, log them in to the LMS
Credentials will always follow this base:
Username: johnsmith (firstnamelastname)
Password: Password1 (Capital P)

14. 10. Leave student with Enrolment

- 2015 VET FEE-HELP Booklet
- Student copy of VET FEE-HELP application form
- “Getting Started” Flyer
- Course brochure

15. 11. Bring all physical documentation
to morning meeting
