Rotarty project to help children in the state of emergency

1. Saving lives Ukrainian children!
+ orphans, disabled children, etc.
+ during catastrophes (war, injuries, emergency situations)

2. • Today the situation in Ukraine is tense to the limit! Every
day hostilities may erupt (provocations by the aggressor
are already underway) and innocent people will suffer!
Children are especially vulnerable in this situation! Life in
modern Ukraine sadly is getting more dangerous for
children by the day.
• Children may get bullet wounds, air attack injuries,
traumas, bleeding, burns, fractures as a result of the
terrorist acts of the aggressor.
• Then it’s up to one minute decision that may lead to
survival or death. The child must quickly get one’s
bearings in an emergency, help oneself and take refuge in
a safe place. Unfortunately, in Ukraine, due to the crisis
and financial problems, no one teaches these lifesaving
skills to the general public (especially children), which is a
critical problem that can claim thousands of innocent
children's lives!

3. • The US Rotary Club Las Vegas WON and Rotary
Club Kiev International decided to act together
in such an emergency and help thousands of
children all over Ukraine! We are all one family!
• Our plan of helping children includes several
stages. First stage is emergency help for 6500
children. These will be the most vulnerable
children in Ukraine: orphans and children with
disabilities. These innocent beings need help
primarily.
• Our purpose is to teach and help 300 000
children in Ukraine so that every child could help
and save oneself in an emergency.

getting into a desperate situation and
we must help them!
Orphans are children without parental
protection and support. Who will help
them if not us?

Our future
• As a result of this project thousands of children will receive priceless knowledge
on how to save their lives and act in an emergency;
• Thousands of children will be urgently trained thus extending the chances of
their survival in a life or death situation
• Our project will spread nationwide thereby giving hope and chance to live in a
better world!

The Las Vegas WON Rotary Club operates similarly to a
charity in respect to the Club does not operate for profit. To
be tax-exempt as a social welfare organization described in
Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501(c)(4), an
organization must not be organized for profit and must be
operated exclusively to promote social welfare. Since the
Las Vegas WON Rotary Club functions as the sister to our
Foundation, the Club actually pays for almost every expense
allowing our Foundation 501c4 to obtain money and then
redistribute the money to those in need at nearly 99%-
100%.

for the sole benefit of helping those in need. Our
reach to help the community stretches from feeding
those in need, to helping education, the USA military
& Veterans, the homeless, and a wide array of other
unfortunate people in need or a wide multitude of
items. It is EXTREMELY important to understand Las
Vegas WON Rotary Club does not pay any salaries,
rent, benefits to any members of the Club. Our sole
purpose is to distribute funds, products, services to
those in need. We are proud of our stand ready
Foundation with nearly 99%-100% distributions of all
funds raised to those in need.
