Sequence process for controlling availability of tooling

1. Everyone direct order to
purchase dept. At some case
the part to be order is same.
After the tools was came,
everyone take the tool
quickly then share to
machine for used.
Current Condition

2. All originator will explain and
request to tool’s adviser to order
some tool.
The tool’s adviser will
confirm to purchase
department about the status
of tool (urgently of tool)
Step for Ordering Tool

3. Purchase will order
the tool as request
The tool will receive by tool store’s guy
and must confirm to tool adviser and
purchase’s guy.
The tool store’s guy will record and
identify the tool and then deliver to the
originator or user
After Tool is Coming

4. The tool store’s guy and tool
adviser will check and audit for
availability condition of tool
periodically.
After Deliver The Tool
