highest quality pre-fabricated products.

Swiftrooms is a small but rapidly expanding family run business.
It comprises of a UAE entity (Swiftrooms LLC) with full support from the UK operations.
The UK company (Winseal Windows) has been operating for over 30 years
Swiftrooms LLC has been operating since 2011.
The company specialises in design, manufacture and installation of high quality Glassrooms,
UPVC Windows & Doors. Bi-folding doors, Conservatories and Orangeries.
Swift Rooms LLC is approved by the Dubai Municipality
and the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme
4. Products and Services
Swift Rooms line of activity involves designing,
fabricating/manufacturing installing uPVC and aluminum products.
Our products and services vary from each project that is undertaken to
suit the certain needs that are required. The following is a list of
products and services:
• Glass rooms and conservatories
Synseal system, Edwardian, Victorian, Gable and custom designs.
Custom aluminium designs, curtain wall.
• Windows (uPVC or Aluminium)
Casement, sliding, tilt and turn or tilt and slide

Single, french doors, sliding and bifold doors
• Skylights:
Synseal Roof system, Spider system ,and Standard aluminium
We can also complete glassroom turnkey solutions, including
all civil, MEP and HVAC work using our strategic partners.

9. Safety Policy
Ensure the education, interest and awareness training of new
employees with safe working methods before the assumption of duty.
Ensure that the organization is a safe place, and the environment,
facilities, equipment and substances are subject to safe systems of
work to prevent risks to health or safety.
Promote personal responsibility and effort on the part of everyone to
avoid and prevent health hazards and injuries to themselves and to
others who may be affected by their acts or omissions; and to co-
operate with the organization to comply with its duties, requirements
and statutory obligations.
Ensure the use of defensive driving techniques by vehicle drivers and
proper operation of machinery operators.
Ensure that safety is a line management responsibility.
Monitor effectiveness of safety policy.

11. Projects Completed
Swiftrooms LLC has completed over 250 projects (May 2015) mainly in Dubai and Abu
Dhabi but also in several in other UAE states.
The projects include residential and commercial clients.
The uPVC window factory was opened in late 2013 and has already completed 40projects
with many more in the pre-order/production stage.
The UK company has completed over 4500 projects.
