Career Summary
I am currently working as a Senior Associate People Strategy with Sapient Consulting, in the Marketing-Internal
Communications team. For the past eight years I have been managing and supporting the company’s intranet. I
have also been instrumental in redesign and major upgrade of the intranet to the MS SharePoint 2007, then to
the MS SharePoint 2010 and then to the MS SharePoint 2013 platform. During my eight year tenure with the
company, I have gained expertise in the following areas:
1. Working with multiple stakeholders across geographies. This included, senior management, business
owners, technologists, architects, designers, developers and the infrastructure team
2. Interacting with offsite as well as onsite clients to gather requirements and coordinate with the
technologists to deliver the best possible solution

• Troubleshooting SharePoint issues; documenting findings/solutions/fixes and working with SharePoint
administrators and other IT resources to implement the solutions
• Liaising between the onsite and offshore teams. Single point of contact between the offshore team,
client and onsite team. Serving as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution
• Working with the Quality Management team to ensure that the project needs are met. Helping in
integration of all contributing functional areas across teams in planning, execution, control and
implementation of the project
• Holding regular project status meetings with all stakeholders to review project status and issues
