Sales Target Per Week
To achieve of September’s target of $20, 000, the boutique has to achieve $5,000
weekly.
For week 1, we are behind by 20.5% to achieve target.
For week 2, the target would be $5,600, in order to stick to our bi-weekly target
of $10,000.
Individual Staff Performance
This week we have a new probation trainee, Goh Wei Hao.
Some background information about him:
1. Has worked as an intern for ck
2. Part-timer (?) for Miu Miu
3. Recently graduated from SIM-RMIT Business
He is a helpful trainee, who offers his hand to help when there seem to be work
going on. Mr Tiong came in with a client and was moving a few boxes, Wei Hao
extended help to him, not knowing who was Mr Tiong.
Though he was shy to approach customers, he attempted several tries to engage
with a customer. I can see he does think through what to say to a customer who
just entered our store.
Minor advice I give- he remembers them. He does question on matching and
compatibility of our mens’ accessories, and notes them down. Just before end of
day, he listens attentively to opening and closing of boutique when he
understands he has to stand in alone for Wednesday, 4 September. Sales was fair,
he managed to acquire $775 sales.
2. 2 Weekly Report (Week 1 September)
Overall, Wei Hao is a friendly and helpful trainee. I do see potential in him being
in Goldlink. With adequate training, he will do well.
